30 Days Returns Guarantee
Returns Policy : We have a 30 day return guarantee. If you wish to return an item, please contact us via Ebay stating the reason for your return. Please note that we do not cover the return postage cost on unwanted returns. Refunds will be given once we have received and processed the item, we recommend using a tracked and signed for service as we are unable to accept responsibility for parcels lost in the post. Items must be in their original condition to qualify for a refund.
Whilst there might be some exceptions, In most cases, once you have placed your order we are unable to amend your details due to our fast pack and dispatch service. This includes cancelling orders, changing items/colours and amending addresses. You will need to refer to our returns policy if you no longer wish to keep the order.
Faulty/Damaged Items: If you have received an item that is faulty or damaged please contact us immediately. We are more than happy to replace faulty/damaged items within 30 days or their warranty period. We may ask you to send us pictures for our reference.
